mortgage deeds ???

just read joebloggs support letter and he supplied mortgage deeds

are these 100% required ?
i have supplied up to date mortgage statements (1 1/2 years) to may 2007
description of property and photos

is these enough documents or do i need the mortgage deeds ???

I never supplied my morgage deeds, just got a letter from my bank to say i had a morgage with them and i had property in my name.. What you have supplied should be enough..
