Barbecue - banana (saba)
Betamax - roasted chicken blood
Squidball - ofcourse squid again
Mani - it may be fried or boiled

Vische, when you come here you must try some of our 'Tripe' (boiled cow's stomach lining).
I have had chicken feet - sceptical about the heads
I do like a bit of Balut. I still remember the first time I tried it. Manila 2009 - street vendor standing by the river near Ocean Park. Great times!
