Hello bigmarco...try to ask the local registry office first if they have already transferred your papers to the NSO...in my personal experienced after a week of the wedding I told them that I will be the one who will send it to the NSO because if you let them do it .. will take 45 days to 2 mos......as far as NSO is concerned it will take you just 2 hrs. upon submission of the filled up forms........if your marriage cert is already in their posession from the local registry office......hope this will help you....God Bless
