best Phil bank account to receive money?

I was wondering what the best way is to transfer Euros from a European bank account to
a Philippine bank account? Does anybody use Xoom, or is that just dollars? Is there something
    similar for Euros?

Also what bank would be best? BPI? BDO?

If anybody has experience with transferring Euros, I would be grateful if you could describe
what fees you incurred, if you got a favourable exchange rate, etc.

You'd be best advised to consider bank to bank Xfers. Could be via your existing bank account or via a remittance company.

It really comes down to personal choice and convenience for you and the recipient given the EXCHANGE RATES being offered and the FEES being charged.

I'm a regular customer of iRemit for many reasons good for me.

There are plenty of choices for you. Everyone has a different opinion/reason.
Do a search a see which is better for you.
