Such drugs may have different names in the UK, which ( if legal ) should be available on an NHS prescription. Secondly, medical and surgical " history " - wherever possible, the names of past and present illnesses, and operations. Finally, vaccinations - more than one of each type, or regular repeats, may be required for good immunity.
Communication works both ways - a full history is the biggest step towards correct diagnosis and treatment .
