    Hi Martin

Typical for an extra few days Anilyn had to pay the higher cost, Ah well that is a few pair of shoes or couple of handbags, she cannot bring home with her :-) Ok I know My BSC would treat her family instead :-)

Seriously though, I have a question

Have you or anyone else in here got an idea how to track a Fiancee Visa Application that was previously made to UKVACS or even this new agency? Mmmmm there only seems to be track a passport in that web site? Or am I a typical man and cannot see past his nose unless it is my Marikit Filipina Anilyn standing in front of me? :-) Then My Eyes Open :-)

I was able to track it on the 24th with UKVACS web site and it was with the Embassy, but now, I cannot track it at all, HELP!!!! Anilyn cannot track it also as she is not in Manila at the moment, she is in Pangasinan and not much access to computer :-(

Ok Speak to you in e-mail Martin, Hoping you have a comfortable flight soon :-)

    Ingat

its an illusion, like liverpool fc will ever win the premiership again

its still £500 !!! for most people, as for most people your british hubby will be paying, and its still £500 !!, while yesterday it would have cost you bit more 50000 / 91php = £550, as the £ to php changes daily..

the embassy is just giving you less php to the £, to reflect the drop of £ to php.. which is not even 91 php to £

    they just charging you 47500 php / 95php = £500 !!!
    while before
    i think it was 50,000 php / 100php = £500 !!!

but in real terms 47500 php /91 php = £520
    while 50000 php / 91 php = £ £550

but this bit reminds people that EVERYONE has to pay a seperate fee !!!

'Note: For every application form there will be a respective transaction receipt. For example if there is a family of Father + Mother + 02 Children - there will be 04 SEPARATE transactions, one for each member of the family.'

    Hi Joebloggs

It is an Illusion :-) Well it is Government, they do magic tricks and can make money disapear :-( In reality, you try getting 95php to the £ it is not possible as far as I have found in England or in the Phil

Ah Well the Tax man always wins, he even wins over gambling wins Win2Win :-)

Yep Even Babies have to pay :-( Lucky I have not got any yet :-) Does it apply to ones in the womb? Some in here would have to pay more :-)

    Thanks Joebloggs

yep gov never loses.. your always paying more than you should..

you know they will push it back up if the £ to the php starts to rise again,

they will either change it back to 50,000php or give you more php to £..

thats why the £ to php rate the gov gives you is always higher than you can get from any bank, to stop them losing out with the fluctuations of the £ to the php...

hi paul did you get till receipt from bank or pay by managers cheque

i think you need a Bank Receipt Number:
    ( E.g. DSLOS V.... ...06 OR DSABJ V.... ...06 )

and maybe enter on this page track

    read bottom paragraph

maybe Anilyn should phone them and ask

    regards martin

Hi everyone. I am new in this forum.

About the visa tracking, I got the same problem with Paul.
The old receipt format YYYYMMDDnnnn (ex 200705240051) is no longer working (accepted?) in the new VFS website.

I think that the new tracking system only accepts Bank Receipts.
I still have not tried to phone the call center.

The old ukvacs website had been working until the noon of May 24, 2007.
After that date, the ukvacs webite is redirecting to the ttvisas website.
I just recently discover the new ukvacs website, but tracking for my application does not work (http://www.vfs-uk-ph.com/track.aspx).

I applied last May 21 and still waiting for the delivery of my passport or any phonecall from ukvacs.

Thanks Martin, that looks promissing, Anilyn paid by Managers Cheque, I will be able to talk to her tomorrow on web cam as she is going into the city :-) She is in Pangasinan right now so it is telephone calls each day, I prefer to see Aking Marikit Na Annie on the web cam, it is cheaper and better still I can see her Marikit Na Ngiti at Marikit Mga Mata :-)

Someone else wanted to know this in the forum, I will pass this on incase they do not see this

Thanks Again, Salamat, I guess you are with Cynthia now :-) having a great time :-) Hope you enjoy Palawan :-) It looks almost as Marikit a a Filipina Woman :-)

Speak to you in e-mail when you get back

Yeah our tracking does not work either with the old referencing system, I know the application is with the embassy, but cannot follow the progress. My Annie is too scared to phone the embassy as the charges on that have gone up also, I think something like 35 peso a minute, so her Globe card could get swallowed up makig a call, she will wait till she is called or when she goes back to Manila, she will ask. I guess a 500 peso Globe card would not last long at that rate :-)

I will speak to her tomorrow and see if she has a reciept number from the bank and try that, I will keep you all informed
