Dont want to derail the thread and apologies, but your right,he was Wasnt he getting rid of his wife or something?

Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.

    These threads ALWAYS get de-railed.

I lost track of what happened with him and his wife.

    - Just remember that I was told he was living like the Hugh Hefner of AC.

    Hello Stevek,

Thanks so much for sharing your insights!

I definitely agree with that and add Century Properties (Azure in P'que which is endorsed by Paris Hilton, Trump Tower in Makati endorsed by Donald Trump himself) + Megaworld (McKinley Hill in BGC, Newport in P'que, and Eastwood in QC) to the list also. Only stick to the renowned brands and you can decrease the risk of the project not pushing through.

It is also interesting to see the interest rates on mortgages in the Phils at the moment. I think 10 % is the minimum you will need to calculate for, whereas here in the UK it is easy to get mortgages at 4% or below. Furthermore I am not sure if interest only mortgages even exist in the Philippines.

    Regards,
    Daks
