First of all would like to wish you all a Happy New year.

I am a British by birth and according to the government site i can pass my nationality onto my daughter.Question is how do i go about her get recognized as British?And dual national as she has Philippine passport already.

i am not quite sure about the ruling of dual nationalities.
but i would say that all you need to do so she would be recognised as british is for you to apply her british passport. you may also opt to register her birth and have a british style birth certificate for her.

Secondly, you haven't given much information about the circumstances but may I kindly suggest that as a first step you review the following UKBA pages:-

I would also suggest you read the UKBA page entitled "Can I be a citizen of two countries?"

There is usually no issue for UK, but you should understand the technicalities of dual citizenship from Philippines view where there are some protocols.
You should review these protocols with your local Phils Embassy
