This is absolute Joke! And she has a guts to complained! If she is in the Philippines, They won't get any help from the government. It was their choice to have many kids so it is their responsibility to pay for them and look after them.

In the R.P 10 kids is nothing remarkable.. Surely the Catholic church would frown on any less!! The Catholic parents are not responsible either.. God is apparently..
