Hey joe, you almost gave me a mini heart attack) i have read the emails carefully and i am a 100% sure that the appeal was for a visa. We opted for it to be heard on paper, and just before christmas i faxed the duty immigration judge begging for my appeal to be heard sooner. I explained that i have a westie waiting for me back home lol! My husband the super hero that he is, is looking after my dawg, he has been working from home since september!
