Anytime between Monday, April 23 this year, and the date your Spousal Visa expires.

Ah ... in that case, you can apply from June 1.

... back to "Square One"! Since you actually arrived in the UK on 20 May 2010, then your eligibility for applying WILL begin on 23rd April - the date I first quoted - as long as you ensure your application is lodged in plenty time before your spousal visa expires.
