i wonder who knows if i could fill up the online form print and submit even if its Saturday or Sunday here in the Philippines??? Cause that's the only time where in my husband doesn't have work...

Yes no problem...just do it. It's only an electronic automatic email, that is sent back to you, acknowledging you have submitted your application.
