Personally I think that clubs, players and managers should be forced to stick with each other until the end of the season and only be allowed to move during the closed season. Clubs are far too quick to sack managers, if they appoint a manager and he turns out to be rubbish, that's their fault and they should be forced stick with him until the end of the season. Likewise, players and managers should show loyalty to their club until the end of a season. Can't see that ever happening though

Further to my earlier point, in addition to legal action for breach of contract, if a player or manager left part way through a season they should be served with a 12/24 month worldwide FIFA ban. Clubs who fired managers should be punished with severe fines and lose their TV rights for 12/24 months. It would make everyone think and show a bit more loyalty.

Tevez was saying he wanted to go back to Argentina to be closer to his family. It now looks like he's going tp PSG
Just completed my transfer window on football manager 2012, a real nightmare trying to deal with players agents
I'd like to see transfers just restricted to the summer. Might be an idea to do the same with sacking managers.
Tell that to the Russian gangsta, he gets through a couple of managers a season
