    Question How to add friends here?...how to be no longer a restricted member?

    I wonder why I appear as a restricted member? Is that something to do with my new membership here?...or have I done something wrong?

    Oh I'm sorry, I has just noticed the changes in my membership how, glad it's says that I am a member...not a restricted one. phew!!!

    Yes ... you're a full member now, April ... "restricted membership" [usually] only applies to 'Newbies' until they attain 15 posts.
