That's why I always cook my own eggs when I'm in Phils.
The family very soon got my message, especially when after being told that the cold, greasy, hard flat eggs were mine....
I threw them away and replaced them with hot, soft golden beauties that were able to spill their tasty yokes all over my beautiful golden toast.
