I haven't been online for a day or so as moving apartment.

... I trust you and your good lady are settling nicely into the new apartment. Actually, I had just finished typing this post to you last Thursday afternoon ... when it seemed to suddenly disappear into the ether, due - without doubt - to the unexpected "technical hitches" the site encountered.

Yes. Thanks Arthur. Settled in. Its better here as the apartment is a good deal warmer than my previous one!
