The same goes for all the alledged terrorists on trial. Even if they are caught red handed with 2 tonnes of fertilizer, a kilo of nails, bolts, screws...etc, detonators and a DIY bomb making manual downloaded from a Jihadist website. Unless they have been tried by a judge and jury, appealed to every court in the land and then re-appealed to the European Supreme Court, they are innocent

I agree we have to get behind them and I also agree with this Racism charge he cant be the Captain of the team until its cleared up - personally he is a very big public figurehead and whilst I agree with innocent until proven guilty this particular situation does require sorting.
Why the hearing is out off til after the summer is beyond me - not like this will be subject to requests for Legal Aid - which is reserved for everyone but the tax payer as far as I can see....
