just having been to the phils, the exchange rate we found was at the airport 65 to the pound and the mall of asia was 66.54 thats the best we found, hope this helps anyone

I've always found the Money Changer at the Filipino department store in MOA offers the best exchange rate (I can't remember what it's called, but anyone who's been there will know the one I mean)
