Thats why I advocate putting ones head above the parapet lobbying local & national politicos, writing to the papers, winding people up posting on loose talk, just generally trying to open folks eyes up and spread the word in the hope it will sew the seeds and start a groundswell of change for the betterThat's the whole problem, though ...
