He was a bit naive though Before going to another country I ensure I've done my homework on local customs, culture, politics, police, etc. No you can't check everything, but I've always said on this forum, if you get a girl pregnant on your first visit you are showing disrespect to her and her family.

He seemed to think things in the Phil should work as they do in the UK . Getting a married woman pregnant is definitely not as culturally acceptable as it is in this country.
