there was a disabled guy , managed to get a visa for his lady, at first he was turned down, but i believe he appeald and won, so there is always hope, i dont know his full circumstances,
he has a thread on here somewhere might be helpful and encouraging to read, it was a few months back,
maybe someone on here can remember his name to find the thread ?
