wll its 2 weeks since we have been back from the phils, what a change in the weather, high 80s a few weeks ago and now look what we have, sunbathing a couple of weeks ago and sledging last sunday, funny old world, dreams are still on going for living in the phils, just wish i had saved more all those years ago

I agree it's a hell of a shock to the system this time of year.
- Just forced myself out of bed, and now sitting here with about 10 layers of clothes and wooly hat on while the house gets warm, fingers getting frozen to the keyboard ...but packing flipflops and sunglasses into my bag, and worrying about blinding everyone there with my white legs.

I hate looking like an OBVIOUS newbie tourist.
