Saving money

What little things do you do to try and save money,

Avoid dining out
Avoid going to shops with bargains (nice shoes)
Avoid looking Ebay/Ebuyer/...Online shops
Avoid the heater and just keep yourself warm
..I can enumerate more but i dont think a lot of us can save ''much money'' here in the uk
