    A woman who was sexually assaulted by a youth who came to this country as an immigrant has finally won her nine-year battle to see him deported.

    Yes this is good news, but nothing has really changed.

    Reading the news item it's clear that this brave lady kept the case alive.

    But at the end of the day it was found by the courts that he actually had no connections to his family here in UK.

    If the court found he lived with his family or he met with them on a regular basis then the decision would likely have been different and he would still be roaming around.
