There can be no excuses or mitigating circumstances for this sort of behaviour. Scum from a religion that is still in the middle ages tackling 'easy meat' as far as they are concerned.
Only in this country would this sort of behaviour be tolerated in any way.
Our children need to be kept safe from these predatory animals by the use of proportionate
punishment.
In their own country of origin they (the perpetrators) would probably not be allowed to live.
