ILA income assessment

As some of you know I am on process to apply my course thru funding by ILA scotland.. Just want to make sure I understand it correctly that the income below £22,000 is individually and does not include my husband salary.. As if I add his salary it will be upper 22,000. I have asked the lady at college though and she confirm it is only my salary. Please any advise! Just want to make sure that I am not breaking any rules... Lol!
