I think you mean the P60 issue?

The P60 is a document that shows details (proof) of your pay and the tax paid in that tax year. It's issued around the 26th of May each year (for the prevuious tax year April-April) by the current employer only.

It's usually supplied to UKBA by applicants as part of the supporting evidence of UK employment and pay.

If working outside of UK then it's not issued as UK tax has not been paid.
