I always take a healthy breakfast.
    My breakfast include:
One glass milk, apple, fresh fruit juice, bread, eggs omelet, and cheese.

Branded muesli - very good for the supermarkets profits, I'd check out what offerings the hard discounters Aldi & Lidl have. If it's anything like the porridge situation you will save a lot

Better than a " full English " cooked breakfast, joebloggs .
My breakfast is not the cheapest, but I need it for the amount of exercise I take -
Tesco Organic Porridge Oats with Marks & Spensive Thompson raisins and Wildflower honey.

Tesco Finest Mediterranean Bread , with Flora ( 30% vegetable low fat spread ) and Apple & Blueberry Conserve.

Starbucks medium Colombia coffee from a cafetiere, with semi skimmed milk. Makes sure I'm alert for scanning Forum posts .
