Tesco Organic Porridge Oats with Marks & Spensive Thompson raisins and Wildflower honey.
Tesco Finest Mediterranean Bread , with Flora ( 30% vegetable low fat spread ) and Apple & Blueberry Conserve.
Starbucks medium Colombia coffee from a cafetiere, with semi skimmed milk. Makes sure I'm alert for scanning Forum posts.
