hello everyone, i came here in UK on a fiancee visa and this coming 3rd of march, me and my fiance are getting married...my concern is i'm confused what to apply after we get married... is it FLR or Residence Card?...coz while i was reading the FLR Guidance Notes i read this part... If you are a national of a country from outside the
European Economic Area (EEA) and your partner
is an EEA national exercising Treaty Rights in the
UK, you should not be applying on form FLR(M).
As a family member of an EEA national, you
should apply for a residence card or permanent
residence under EEA Regulations on form EEA2
or EEA4 depending on your circumstances - see
our website....and my fiance which soon to be my husband is an EEA National, he is from Germany but he lived here in UK for almost 40 years...once i'm married to him...does it mean i'm already a "family member of an EEA National?...just want to know what's the right thing to apply...hope you can help me with this matter...thanks
