This seems crazy.
My wife has just received her ILR, and she had to return her biometrics card as part of the process.
I can understand the rationale of all extended stayers having a valid biometrics card, but why take them away from people (on FLR) who already had one ????
I'm assuming that if you apply from March 2012, then they'll return your biometrics card to you ... or is that too simple ?
