    hold on ..what really does it mean..?? if you arrive in spouse visa..and say like me i have to apply for ILR this april..does it mean i dont need to apply for BRP..??

    in the Set(M) form, just tick the "NO" box to the question asking if you have a BRP. Once your application is submitted, they would send you an email if your applying by post informing you when/where to do your biometrics. Then after you do that, they will continue to process your ILR application.
