porridge ,,,,,,, all milk , these days i cook in microwave , half cook leave to stand 1 minute then continue, cover with microproof splash lid, after cooked add nestles evapourated milk, and lots of treacle syrup, nice sweet and creamy,i never use quick cook oats,,
another favourite is raw oats in a mug add cold milk and lots of suger , use tea spoon to eat, good healthy snack![]()
