Very disappointed.... E mailed back the address attached to the FLR letter
Requesting why they failed to return my birth cert and Decree nisi!
Got reply saying not their department e mail this address.
Did as requested but e mail bouced back twice.
Have called the 0870 croydon number twice and gave up having been on hold for 20 and 25mins!

What a waste of time not impressed!

Guess i will have to resort to old fashioned letter and postage!
