so it means after 3 years living here in the UK AS partner/husband/wife of citizen here ..there are more test before we could apply for citizenship??

there should be a transition period, so any changes should not effect those who are about to apply for a certain visa.

apologize joe.. but i certainly dont get what you mean..eg on my case..im about to apply ILR this April AND if lucky the next year my 3rd year .. so citizenship is the next step....does it mean i need to undergo more test..to be able to apply??
