There is another form that you need to fill up and give your Credit card/ debit card details.

and also the guidance note for photo that we shoudl attach on the form for ILR..MAYBE anyone could attache the link..

Yup fill up the forms as they will ask your debit card details. Make sure you call your bank so it will not have problems processing your application. As some bank will check fraud and will trying to stop transaction especially large amounts. You need to put your photos in small envelop together with your hubby's photo and any dependants.
