Personally I'd put a ban on sending women to any muslim country....unless they are muslims already.

Probably a sensible move, save a stack of money and get some of the partygoing, trough feeding diplomats back home. I can't imagine Romania and Cuba have many OFW's or visitors from the Philippines.
