i have read good feedbacks here about Eurotel Makati. heres the link of the hotel http://www.eurotel-hotel.com/makati.html

i also took my exam at hopkins but still waiting for my speaking test result (thanks to the people who recommended hopkins specially to juvyjones ). i think the required scores you need to obtain for the A1 level. listening & reading - 60 and speaking - 50

hi miss sexyetcetc,, as you are taking an english speaking exam, ( which i know nothing of ) may i say , in an advisory capacity,,, as you were addressing your post " specially " to girls,, the term " guys " refers to the male of our species whereas " galls " would be the term for the female.................. good luck with your exam,,,, R

I have noticed that the americans tend to use guys for girls. And of course ( as I have seen in my wife ) the Philippines has been heavily influenced by the americans in the recent past.

Personally I also consider the term "guy's" to be gender-neutral.

I feel that generally these days society tends to use "guys" in a unisex way. I know I do. Probably more so in mixed company.

Could be a generation thing as well I suppose.

TOEIC is a requirement for which visa?

How come I saw posts that talked about IELTS, do you have to take both?

! You're RIGHT ... it's an *American expression - which (for some peculiar reason!) appears to have been adopted almost universally - and one I try to avoid, because of

    (a) its *origins

    (b) its all too common usage in reference to the female gender being strikingly, inaccurate.
