Just sent some money to the phils using western union & the exchange rate is 65.77

Oh well im hoping it will be a little better when me & my wife visit there in June.....but im not expecting it to be

Yep, I just checked with our usual remittance company and 67.47

It hasn't really changed much for ages.
But 65.77 sounds a bit low for today.

It's not always about every cent on the rate, it's also the fees/charges to complete the transaction.

I got 67 when i sent money last week. Still low though.

I have stopped using Western Union, the exchange rate and there charges are the worst.
I got 67.1 yesterday with WorldRemit.
