I quite agree. Just a little care and thought on a standard, self explanatory, statement is not much to ask for £810 (which is well over cost at their own admission.) It really would take so little effort on their part to sort this one out.

We never did get such a statement as the one aim angel received above. We were simply told by VFS that our visa application was being returned. Grrrrrrrr.
