Your visa will be despatched shortly. Passports can normally be collected from the Visa Application Centre after 3 days. Applicants in Australia and New Zealand should allow 3 days before tracking their documents via the local post. UKBA-Manila Visa Hub

I quite agree. Just a little care and thought on a standard, self explanatory, statement is not much to ask for £810 (which is well over cost at their own admission.) It really would take so little effort on their part to sort this one out.Congratulations aim_angel!

We never did get such a statement as the one aim angel received above. We were simply told by VFS that our visa application was being returned. Grrrrrrrr.
