Referees for british citizenship application ..

I hope that someone could help me about this matter..

I am applying for British citizenship.. My question is.. Do referees needs to sign the back of your photograph?

From memory I think you stick the photo on the form and the referees sign a declaration printed on the form

Correct ... the two referees simply state the length of time they've known the applicant - and in what capacity - then sign a declaration to the effect that the the photo is a true likeness of him or her.
