Watched it last night - didn't think much of it. I think the old Chinese way of parading the condemned around the football ground at half time with a notice around their necks stating the offence, before taking them off to be shot had more deterrent effect.
I watched this (the 'Execution Factor' ?) last night.
Fascinating, and some good ideas for this country there.
