    Unhappy to all pinoy's who send boxes

    attention to all pinoy's who are willing to check this adress in manila about philand ynterlink what's going on about our boxes please just try to visit this adress COGTONG FAST CARGO 161 ST.MARY STREET SANTOS HOMES,ZAPOTE LAS PINAS METRO MANILA one of my friend gave that to me,hopefully it will help us a little bit..because peter and yuni ignores all our calls and text,we all worried about where is our boxes???..please answer our calls yuni and peter newlove and tell us whats going on...:(

    Hi everyone who have had problems with peter newlove i have sent 4 boxes to the philippines in january for not there yet,i have sent many emails and call many times but the same as you all no reply.so today i looked into the unit they hire in bradford and what a suprise they are no longer there,i found the name and address of the agents that rented the unit to him but they tell me he has not paid the rent and has done a runner.if you would like to call me about this or email me you can we need now to sort it.

    I also used Philand Ynterlink, sent 2 boxes in Dec 2011, and still not delivered as of 30th April 2012! My friend who recently had a 3 month holiday in Manila sent her boxes in Nov, hoping to get them when she arrived Manila. But to her dismay, her boxes were only delivered a few weeks before her holiday ends. She has spoken to the delivery boys why such delays and why did her boxes were opened and all chocolates were missing! Based on what the delivery boys told her, Philand Ynterlink doesn't seem to have direct contacts in the Philippines. Looks like this company is just "borrowing" delivery services from other cargo companies. I have contacted Andy Nisbet and the mobile number indicated on the receipt but both didn't get back to me. My boxes are delayed, it's over 4 months since they were picked up. Also, according to my friend, the first box delivered to her was addressed from LA! I just hope my boxes were not delivered to wrong addresses.

    I would appreciate any updates coming from you guys.

    hello... i have been having problems with them too- i have used their service 3X already and the 3rd time was last feb 2012- my box was collected on the 28th of Feb- i had been contacting them from 1st week of this month, but all the mobile numbers they have provided were just ringing and ringing- even their contact person in the Philippines doesnt answer this phone- i am really getting worried now- the stuff in the box are mostly for my 3 year old son- please let me know anyone of the present situation of this company and what are happening to our balikbayan boxes- w work hard in here- for my family-but i do hope these people that we trust dont abuse our trust in them...

    Having read all the blogs lets start at the beginning,
    I have used Philand 3 times and only last box was delivered late, but it was safe, which is more than my freinds who used another company.
    Ihave just returned from philippines where i did some checking up, yes philand were embezelled and due to having to cover those charges for couriers it delayed clearance money for containers.
    the person concerned not only embezzled money for whatever purpose but the word is he was paid to ruin philand as they were too succesfull.
    since returning here 3 weeks ago i find there is a lot of badness here caused mainly by Kirby Carino and his comments.
    Now he states he was just collector if that was so how come he told everyone to ring him for collection delivery service, that is only done by senior staff NOT COLLECTOR
    He did know of situation daily as he was in office when updates came through.
    Even as a collector the number of times my freinds have waited till early hours for him to collect but he hasnt shown up or rung to cancel.
    The last collection he did he was supposed to pick my freinds up between 4 and 6pm yet he never showed up.
    They rang Peter and Yonne and were told that there name was on list and he should have collected and they would come out themselves to do it next day, they also had releif good to collect that Kirby couldnt be bothered with,and to all of you who listened to his scaremongering, i hope your boxes arrive safe as if they dont remember who started the story and hold them responcible.

    You say no notice was given as to the unfortunate event, it was on facebook, website and told to many i know as they rang up.
    Yes i may seem like i praise philand but as they have delivered in the end and at the best price going i will use them again.

    To inform all of you while in philippines i did meet a freind who informed me of new changes in customs, things will get tighter as the customs have to abide by new rules so corruption will be cut down on containers but be carefull what you put in box as that is where you will be taxed.

    Balikbayan Boxes _PHILAND YNTERLINK

    To Mr Andy Nisbet,

    I have sent a message to you on Skype, but never get a reply from you. Ok I don't want to hear or read or believed any rumors about the company..and want to know the FACT, so what is the fact at the moment? as you can see loads of people are not very happy for the services that they got from PHILAND YNTERLINK but if the Company will carry on ignoring the voice of the customers that's what you gonna get, you will get more of horrible comments about the company and it will just spread, in order to stop this accusation the company should be honest and tell the CUSTOMERS what is going on but at the moment they (Peter Newlove and Yonne Newlove) are still ignoring the calls and texts and messages that customers leave to them they even shut down the website?are they STRESS or PRESSURED by the people because of this situation at the moment?Maybe...so are WE.. the customers..

    On regarding of being con by a Filipino, yes we understand that situation where ever you are there's a lot of chances that you can be con by others if you're not careful..but they should not just be QUITE like as if nothing happen and just ignore the fact that loads of people are affected We Just need to hear from them the TRUTH and I don't think it's hard to do that..

    I have been waiting for my boxes to arrive since February, I have manage to speak to Joseph Galo, and he confirmed to me that my boxes will arrived, so I stopped worrying, but when I come back to England on FEB 18,2012 I never stop ringing the Company,email them, ring my agent, but even my agent here in Southport doesn't have a clue what's going on, she can't contact them either,so what is the score now?

    It's already end of March and yet all we can get is an information that Mr Peter Newlove didn't do a runner..

    I have rang the Cogtong fast cargo in the PHILIPPINES, and guess what?No one aswering..I have rang Mr Joseph Galo, and he doesn't answered my call either.

    So where do we go from here?"all we need is a confirmation from Mr.Peter Newlove that our boxes are safe, and still there, that is ready to deliver that you just have to wait for another weeks or so, if you want to know more information about your boxes please call this Person and we are happy to assist you." that's all we need to know from HIM and not from anyone else, because like you said we should be listening to the FACT not a hearsay, because everything you said , the email that we got from KIRBY is a HEARSAY it's come from a third party and not to the Person Involved or not from the Owner of the company.

    Me Personally I don't mind my boxes delivered late as long as I know all my Boxes are safe and still exist!I don't mind either collecting it by myself or by my family if I have to. but I don't want to wait for so long and ended up knowing that all our boxes are gone and we can't do anything as it's already too late. I'm worried BIG TIME as I sent the entire content of our House here in UK coz me and my husband are moving back home, but I don't know if I will see those things again. so please Mr Andy, help us know the Truth.

    Hi all! since Peter and Yonne Newlove refrained from answering our queries and returning our messages the only person who has been very helpful and honest is Kirby Carino - their driver/collector. Kirby admits he could not give us any solid information before because he prefers to establish the fact first before giving out information to customers. We all put the pressure on Kirby as he collected the boxes however Kirby continued to explain and never ignored our calls that his job was just to collect boxes from customers and that he has no control of the operation once cargos have been sent to Philippines. We somehow felt relieve when we get information from Kirby though not very often as he does not hold the necessary information that we need. It is however the responsibility of the management, Peter and Yonne Newlove to keep the communication with customers with regards to the status of our boxes, but they never do so. We thank Kirby Carino for being honest and having sympathy on us and we hope he continues his good work. We will support Kirby with his business/work whichever one he may choose to do so as we believe that he is truly a good person and a people's person.

    Philand Ynterlink's trading practice is unacceptable and this should be a lesson to all people out there sending parcels to the Philippines. If they had only maintained communication then maybe the trust would still be there instead of hearing excuses from people like Andy . . . . . so Andy why can't Peter and Yonne explain themselves?? not good enough and it's far too late now anyway we just want our boxes delivered and hear no more excuses from anyone. You guys have no clue about business at all!!! you failed in the most crucial area of your business ''Communication''

    Does anybody heard anything what happen to our boxes? Are our box reach Philippines or still here in U.K.? Where is Peter & Yvone now, some people are just asking about the information of Telex Release so we can track where are our box or maybe Peter & Yvone don't even ship the boxes!!!!I fanyone of you saw and read there website before saying that they even support & donate to help out some people in the Philippines,what I am thinking is whatever they gave to the people in need in the Philippines is what they steel from the people that sending boxes to there relatives!!!!Four months we don't have a clue where the boxes are and who is the contact person in the Philippines that has gut to answer the questions.Don't be fool by Peter & Yvone Newlove probably they continue collecting boxes for those people don't know what happened and whats happening.For Andy Nisbet now you shut-up...did you wake up in the real world??

    Where are the balikbayan boxes!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have manage to speak to the Bureau of Customs in manila they gave me this number to get in touch its in North Harbor Manila International Container Port 32- 2470981 Mr. Belmonte is the officer in charge of this department........ there are a lot of containers being detained in there as the owner of the forwarders has'nt paid whatever payments needed and that their permits are expired and they are one of them and as such no transactions being made by the NEWLOVE obviously that's why our boxes are stuck in there as far as i know from the previous blogs in the philand ynterlink which they have deleted one of their contact who does their shipment has said that there was 4 containers that they the NEWLOVE hasnt paid Tony up to this time ...this is getting too much and yvonne you are a cebuana also but you've gone overboard inday....i am now going to get in touch with the police and trading standard as you have been given enough time to answer us and deal with this problem but both of you has ignored us......and also you ANDY who claims to be trying to settle this matter but you are just making us more suspicious that there is more behind in this ReadIt:

    My sincere apologies about not coming back on for a while. I have been helping a Filipino decorate his house in Glasgow by wallpapering various rooms and also tiling his bathroom,and yes,it is someone who regularly sends boxes through us. I have also been helping a Filipina who was unfairly sacked from her company by going through the Industrial Tribunal procedure and also helping her deal with the Nursing and Midwifery Council,so my time has been limited in coming on here.

    1/ Budz-Philand-Ynterling is not registered in the Philippines as you said,Philand Logistics is. That is why you could not find it.
    2/ Sazzie-Peter and Yonne were going to go to the Philippines to try to sort out this mess that someone else caused,but they decided to stay here to continue as Peter's brother-in-law is sorting out the mess in the Philippines. They have continued to collect boxes,as I have continued to do here in Scotland. ANY PROFITS that have been made have been sent to the Philippies to try to get the boxes delivered as soon as possible. While I would be the first to admit that communications could have been better,at least give them credit for not running away,as some people have wrongly stated that they have done.
    3/ 624-You ask what is the situation now. The situation now is that boxes have been getting delivered.

    5/ Alexandria2012- How can you say that the links that I posted were old links? The link that I posted showing that Philippines Customs have been allocated PS193,000,000 to upgrade their old computer systems was dated January 8th 2012. Did you even read the article or the date? The other links were showing the history of why the boxes were now being x-rayed,and were just over 1 year old. Hardly old links. You also said that people should sue. All that would happen would be that you would have to hire a lawyer to take the company to court to show that they were negligent. The company in turn would show a clear paper trail from the bank,shipping company's etc,showing that more than enough money was sent by them to clear customs then deliver the boxes. The company would not be held liable for the actions of a thief in the Philippines who then decided to embezzle money from the company. You also told me to shut up. I am trying to help on here by coming on here VOLUNTARILY so please mind your manners. I DO NOT,nor WOULD NOT,talk to you in this way so do not talk to me in this way. It helps no-one if tempers get raised and ends up getting nowhere. One thing that I have learned from being married to a Filipina for 7 years is how polite Filipino's are,please keep it that way.
    6/ 624-Only 2 people have taken up my invitation on Skype to talk face to face. 1 of them was a person whose skype id is dizza.forkings I added her to my contacts on Friday,March 30th at 8.21am. I left a message for this person. If that was you,you have not replied. The only other person was maryannsophiemattew I replied to this person's message yesterday on skype.

    Lastly,if anyone is interested,we have been again shown how corrupt things are in Philippines Customs. DO NOT take my word for it. Go onto the Philippines Embassy website in the UK www.philembassy-uk.org Go to the link for Facebook. Go to the comments for March,on the left hand side of the page,under the photo saying 2012 is great. There you will see comments from a businessmand called Paul Jarvis,who sends boxes and other goods to the Philippines. He is NOT associated with Philand in any way so he is not biased. Perhaps,just perhaps,after reading this some people might understand just how difficult it is not just for our company,but other company's,to get things done in the Philippines. We have just been told that Philippines Customs are asking for DOUBLE what it takes to get a container released,but not "officially".

    Again,my apologies for not being back on earlier than this. This week we are preparing things for the 5th birthday party of our daughter on Saturday so it might be difficult to come back on again this week. If I hear any further news I shall try to come on as soon as I can.

    That's why it's always best to use business which are very known..and eventhough they cost more, it would be much easier to get a hold of them..next time, why not use LBC? Members here have used them to send boxes to the Philippines and they've had a good service. Just remember that cheapest is not always the best.

    Mr Andy!! Philippines is full of corruption we know that ''we lived there'' and we dont need the embassy for this!! The point is Peter and Yonne don't know how to manage their customers let alone ''look after them''!! If I were you get out because it doesn't matter which business they get in to ''they are ruined''. Another point is ''Philand still went out to collect boxes in February and March and even April'' WHAT!! . . . are they deliberately ripping people off?? I hope they told their customers of their current situation but I bet they did not!! ''BAD MANAGEMENT AGAIN'' We spoke to Kirby and he does not want to say a word and not interested at all which we understood 'it's not his problem to face the customers''. so people of the Philippines ''Don't waste your time anymore just seek legal advice'' you could just be wasting time and money chasing your boxes whereas the company owners are nowhere to be found.     They may also have no need to go shopping for dried food stuffs for at least 2 years.

    4 weeks ago I said contact West Yorkshire Police because it stank - I'm amazed no-one on this thread seems to have done so, likewise no mention of anyone reporting it to Trading Standards

    I wonder if any aggreived non recipients of boxes in the Phillipines will bother contacting the Police there, perhaps they will go through other channels to get some response from Philand-Ynterlink
