I am also one among the numerous customers whose been waiting for my box to be delivered to my family but unfortunately has been victimised too,there are a lot of us communicating before in their own company blog but somebody has deleted that site and obviously it will be the newlove only..........with regards to that ANDY it seems he is the only one answering all the queries instead of the owners itself irregardless of them dealing with this matter they still owe it to us to update or answer our questions.....he seems to be protecting them......and even if somebody has done a runner in the Phil's peter and Yvonne should have a contingency or back up plan when such prob occurs and not let their customers suffer they opened this business they should be prepared for any prob such as like this...........and as to what Andy said that they will still continue with this business I doubt if there will be Filipinos who will trust them coz I myself won't and will never use them again even if they are the cheapest I would rather pay a different price as long as my box will reach on time and safely. I have been abroad for 15 yrs and this is the first ive encountered prob with my box this is definitely the first and the LAST with Philand ynterlink.
