I was wondering what happen to my box as i've sent it last Jan i came back and was told by Peter when i spoke with him last time that its due for clearance and is due to go to the warehouse then for deliver. Does that mean that it was all a lie, hope not because I trusted them with my box and money which is hard to come by! Hope they realize that its a hard earned money we use to save so that you can send something nice for your family back home.
been to the warehouse today and picked 3 boxes from there. but when i spoke to peter last friday he all said that my PY no and boxes has been shipped already sa pinas but to realize still 3 boxes from there. to start with i didnt believe him thats why i travel and drove 2 hours to get there. at ang dami pang boxes ngayon doon.
u can ring kevin 01274720367. his the site manager sa warehouse that philand renting. inquire kung bukas pa ang unit para ma check ninyo for sure. i believe the unit will be open until wednesday lang so please check yours. january up to the present ang boxes mostly are still there.
super dami pa doon. seen a plasma tv and matress too.

wanna say Thank you TONY Johnson for the info and help! i have followed his word of advice to see it myself if my boxes still there or not. i did went even have to drive 2hours and worth going because i have pull out 3 boxes that picked by peter n yonne last feb.22.

Is it true that the warehouse will be open until wednesday?I hope they can extend even until friday so we can come down and check. We just read this blog yesterday came back from the Philippines was expected our box will be there but until we left there is no sign of our box. I do appreciate if anyone can elp us recover our boxes.

The reason why people were told about the unit being open on friday and other days is because it will cost peter money to remove the boxes him self,so wats the the best thing lets tell people the unit will be open and it will save money, but cost us people more can u not see this.im happy that i got 2 boxes but worried about my others. When peter leaves the unit all together he will be charged with what is left in there also for him toget a container there to pick them up would cost money.so now he has saved his money.well its our money not his.
Zindy try to ring the no. and look for kevin u can ask him if the warehouse will be open until when.

Thanks a lot to Tony Johnson for all his effort to help all of us by giving us the informations and accomodates all our queries even if he doesn't know us. He's been there at the warehouse last Friday & Monday to help other Filipinos without a cost. Eventhough most of us doesn't write here too much you don't how we appreciated you and your wife. God bless both of you. Words is not enough to thank you for what you have done.
Kirby might be trying to help to get his reputation back as he is the one who picked up our boxes & took all our money. He was the frontliner and it is his obligation to help or else he is the first one to be sued as he was the one who collected, received the money & signed the documents.
You would need to sue the company.
Trading Standards have now been informed of this thread. Whether anything happens or not is another thing

Hiya,,i just want to know if they send my box that they collected last jan coz upto now the box still not arrived to my family,,its nice for peter and yonne to answer all d phonecall and speak up,,its like we been rub by them and its not easy to find money you know,,hope i get all my answer soon,,nearly 3 months and still waiting for our boxes to send,,common peter and yonne tell us the truth..

Just to let you know that we thank you and much appreciated what you're doing for us and others too! And let Us know when you're settin' off to Phils....and to sort The BBBox, you have my contact details, we'll be waiting for you......sum1 told me that we have or must write a letter to file a complain to The Philippine Embassy.....and collect the clients details and take it to the Police....we really need to get this People to stop what their doing and put them in Jail!!! They're not answering any phone calls, check ur boxes in Bradford warehaus if it's still there.
@gemmamckenna, check your boxes in their warehouse in bradford coz some of the boxes that were collected in January are still there.

You should now start the legal process before Peter Newlove finds a way out of this . . . . . people always do!! During this, people will know their rights, who is actually responsible and to also be careful and cautious with what actions they may take against Peter Newlove. Use a solicitor not somebody who does not know anything about the law . . . . . best advice
We have instructed our solicitor to start the legal proceedings against Philand Ynterlink. Kirby has been investigated by the police and his full cooperation has cleared many issues and we are now on track to pursue this case against Peter Newlove ''Registered Company Managing Director''. so for you guys do not waste your time listening to people who do not know what they are really talking about ''Hearsay'' just seek ''Legal Advice''
please let us know what is going on in the Philippines Tony as promised and we want accurate updates. I hope you can by-pass the Philippine way of dealing with things bit different than England so good luck mate
Tony will now be our point of contact as he seems to know a lot about Philand Ynterlink!! Tony whereabouts is Peter Newlove nowadays and what is the status of his company?
I went to Kirby's house with the police and gave us everything he knows about Philand Ynterlink and even showed us where to find Peter Newlove. Peter Newlove did confirm Kirby has done no wrongdoings to the police as he was only the driver to collect the boxes. Peter had no choice to lie anymore with Kirby and the police around as statements are officially recorded. Kirby has been previously issued a legal notice by this company to literally shut up or get sued for distributing information about the company's operation and Peter's whereabouts. My advice to people is seek legal advice now and things will be dealt with properly
Whatever Philand Ynterlink is doing now the enforcement is now monitoring his every move and thanks to all the information . . . . . .
