    Spousal Visa - Application Checklist

I could not see any specific checklist on the VFS visa processing site, but from reading the general requirement guidelines of the UK border agency, these are the documents I will get my wife to submit with a cover checklist shown below. I dont know if its necessary to include a cover checklist with the actual visa application, but thought it would be useful for my wife to control all the documents, so here is my version so far. I know all applications will vary depending on circumstances, but can you let me know if I have missed anything?:

We included wedding related receipts e.g. cake, reception, ceremony fees etc. We had them so we added them.

Also included (unotarised) photocopies of stamped pages of my passport from entry and exit to the Philippines.

There is a so called checklist on the UKBA site but it doesn't appear to be critical that it is used. Just a generic guide. My wife included our own covering checklist which was organised in the kind of way your list above is organised.
