Well, what can my Emma do, she is working for a hotel chain, just a few hours a day4-5 so between 16 and 20 hours per week, likes the work and the people, the problem is she is wanted by a agencie to work for them, 10 weeks work full time , what shall she do, thetrouble is Em does not want to upset anyone, letting them down as she says, i have left it for her to deside, but the agency waants a answer tomorrow, money aint everything but it helps

Maybe a permemant part time job is better than a part time full time job

i wish em sometimes is a little stronger, but then again i love here the way she is, maybe i am over protective, but as long as she is happy in all she does then i am too, the hotel it seems is the work she wantsjust down to me to tell the agency
I'll go along with the view...stay where she's happy.
(They might offer her more hours...or promotion in the future anyway.).
Also, you can use one to broker a better deal with the other......
