Well, at least the law is being carried out for SOME illegals....and after all, that is what she is.

She can re-apply for an entry visa from her home country, just as a Filipina nurse would have to do at the end of her stay.

... aye, for SOME! But how come the UKBA can apparently pick and choose? They've done bugger all to track down Mick Cant's errant ex - in spite of her brazen deceit ... the fact that they're fully aware HER visa expired months ago, and even have a rough idea where she's "holed-up" ...

It does still get under my skin that they knew excatly where she was but did nothing and told me it was non of my busniss since I divorced her
