Philippines Call Centres / Tech Support

I'm curious to know what Companies forum members have found that have support and or call centres in the Philippines. I think I saw on another thread Virgin have a centre over there

I've got a couple of domains registered with Fasthosts and I just found myself talking to one of their girls in Cebu - midnight local time.

HSBC have a call centre in Manila. I speak to them in broken tagalog.

Virgin media sales call centre is in Manila ....well, for mobile phones anyway. Excellent staff.

However, their tech queries/problems centre is in India, complete with incomprehensible staff, just when you need a CLEAR speaker.

Agree with the virgin sales centre, got my wifes mobile from them and probably the best call centre I've dealt with

Spoke to a Virgin Media call centre agent too (tele +broadband + housephone service). Yes they are based in Manila & spoke to different operators from bicol, cebu & davao.... As always customer service is great better than 02 call centre agent for my mobile.
